InnoEx 2026 is an international event focusing on innovation, technology, business model transformation, and sustainable development. The event takes place over two days, August 19–20, 2026, at Thiskyhall Sala, HCMC, under the theme “The Inflection Point – Where Global Shifts Fuel Business Reinvention”.

More than just an exhibition space for tech products and solutions, InnoEx 2026 also integrates exhibitions with specialized forums, networking activities for enterprises, startups, and investors, as well as programs fostering innovation.

In this project, Melody Productionworx undertook the fabrication and installation of the entire booth system within the exhibition area, while also executing several key hardware decorative elements. This project clearly demonstrated our capacity for production management, assembly, and simultaneous completion of multiple exhibition scopes in an event space requiring tight scheduling and high synchronization.

InnoEx 2026 – Context of a Large-Scale Exhibition Project

With an orientation towards connecting businesses, technology, and innovation, InnoEx 2026 brings together numerous brands, startups, experts, investors, and organizations within the innovation ecosystem.

The exhibition area was designed for businesses to introduce products, solutions, and technologies directly to visitors, partners, and investors. This makes a booth not merely a display space, but a direct touchpoint between the brand and the market.

According to information from InnoEx, the 2026 event features a scale of approximately 7,000 m² of exhibition area and 300 exhibitors, alongside numerous forum activities, startup pitchings, investment, and business networking sessions.

In that context, the quality of booth fabrication directly impacts the image of each brand as well as the overall visitor experience.

The Construction Challenge: Synchronizing Multiple Booths within the Same Timeline

A large-scale exhibition project sets requirements vastly different from fabricating a standalone booth.

For InnoEx 2026, Melody Productionworx had to execute the entire booth system within the same floor plan, while ensuring that all finished items were ready prior to the event's opening.

Executing Multiple Booths Simultaneously

Each booth may have distinct requirements regarding:

  • Dimensions and layout.
  • Brand identity.
  • Colors and materials.
  • Hospitality / reception areas.
  • Display areas.
  • Signage and brand messaging.
  • Decorative and finishing details.

The contractor's challenge lies in satisfying these unique demands while maintaining overarching control over the production and assembly process.

Ensuring Schedule Adherence within Limited Build-Up Time

Exhibitions have fixed opening schedules. Therefore, the entire process of production, logistics, assembly, and finishing must be orchestrated under a unified plan.

A delay in even a single item can disrupt the finishing process of interrelated areas.

Controlling Finishing Quality

Beyond timely completion, booths must guarantee finishing quality in terms of:

  • Structure.
  • Dimensions.
  • Surfaces.
  • Brand identity.
  • Signage.
  • Decorative details.
  • Synchronization across all items.

This is why production and fabrication processes need rigorous quality control even before components are transported to the venue.

Scope of Work by Melody Productionworx

In the InnoEx 2026 project, Melody Productionworx handled two main work streams:

Comprehensive Fabrication of the Booth System

MPX directly executed the fabrication of all booths within the project scope at the exhibition venue.

Work was structured by component groups and zones, from structural assembly to visual finishing of booth details.

Depending on the design of each booth, the execution scope included items such as:

  • Booth structures and framing.
  • Partitions and zoning systems.
  • Facades and backdrops.
  • Fascia and signage.
  • Reception counters.
  • Shelving and display areas.
  • Brand identity details.
  • Surface finishing scopes.
  • Related decorative details.

Execution of Key Hardware Decorative Items

Beside the booth system, MPX also directly implemented several key hardware decorative items within the project scope.

This scope demanded seamless coordination between production, fabrication, installation, and on-site finishing capabilities.

Undertaking both the booth system and hardware elements concurrently allowed MPX to be more proactive in controlling schedule, quality, and the overall coherence of the exhibition space.

Melody Productionworx's Implementation Approach

To manage an intensive workload within the event delivery window, MPX structured the project along the chain of production – logistics – installation – finishing – inspection.

1. Technical Review

Prior to production, design and technical requirements were reviewed to determine:

  • Dimensions.
  • Layout.
  • Construction details.
  • Materials.
  • Connection points.
  • Finishing requirements.
  • Site conditions and venue installation constraints.

The objective was to minimize on-site rework once components arrived at the exhibition hall.

2. Production & Fabrication

Components were prepared and prefabricated according to approved designs.

Pre-fabrication significantly reduced the workload required directly at the venue, enabling a faster and more organized assembly process.

3. Logistics

Components were categorized and prepared for transport to the venue.

In a multi-booth project, categorization by zone and category plays a critical role in staging, sorting, and efficient assembly.

4. Installation

At Thiskyhall Sala, the installation team assembled components systematically by zone and item.

This phase required continuous coordination among construction teams to avoid bottlenecks within a dense, multi-activity event space.

5. Finishing

Once structural assembly was complete, visual elements were refined:

  • Surfaces.
  • Signage.
  • Logos.
  • Counters and display shelves.
  • Decorative details.
  • Hardware elements.

This step determined the final visual standard of each booth.

6. Final Inspection & Handover

Prior to event launch, all areas underwent inspection regarding structure, aesthetics, and overall completion status.

The ultimate goal was ensuring all booths and scopes handled by MPX were turnkey-ready for event operations.

Full-Booth Fabrication: The Challenge of Synchronization

What set InnoEx 2026 apart was that Melody Productionworx did not just execute individual booths, but undertook the entire booth system across the exhibition hall.

This required production and project management capabilities on a comprehensive level.

Rather than treating each booth as completely isolated projects, MPX approached the entire floor plan as a unified system:

Design → Production → Logistics → Installation → Finishing → Inspection.

This approach allowed our project teams to proactively allocate resources, handle components, and align timelines across zones.

Concurrently, direct execution control enabled MPX to respond swiftly to on-site adjustments.

Hardware Decorative Elements

Alongside the booths, hardware decorative items played an essential role in defining the overall atmosphere of the exhibition space.

These elements required not only aesthetic finesse but also:

  • Fabrication precision.
  • Practical feasibility during on-site installation.
  • Structural stability throughout the event.
  • Harmony with the overall space.
  • On-time completion.

For MPX, this scope demonstrated the synthesis of production capability and on-site execution capability – from component preparation to on-site installation and finishing at the venue.

Challenges & Implementation Solutions

Challenges Implementation Solutions
Multiple booths requiring simultaneous completion Organize execution by zone and work package
Multiple distinct designs and brand identities Categorize components and manage zone by zone
Limited build-up time Proactively prepare and prefabricate components in advance
Concentrated installation workload Coordinate work crews aligned with the master schedule
High visual finishing requirements Inspect and refine finishing details prior to handover
Hardware items requiring alignment with the shared space Execute based on master floor plan and actual venue conditions

Project Outcome

Delivering InnoEx 2026 stands as a benchmark demonstrating Melody Productionworx's capability in exhibition fabrication.

Handling the entire booth system alongside major hardware decor elements, MPX contributed directly to bringing the exhibition space to life – from prefabrication to on-site assembly and handover.

The project proved MPX's capability in:

  • Delivering multiple booths simultaneously.
  • Coordinating multiple teams on the same floor plan.
  • Combining production and installation capabilities.
  • Handling diverse finishing specifications for each booth.
  • Executing hardware decorative scopes.
  • Completing the space well ahead of event operations.

More importantly, InnoEx 2026 is real-world proof of our capability to execute exhibitions at an overarching scale, rather than solely focusing on standalone booths.
