Steel Truss

MILOS S-RTW 145 (S-M1450 Rect) is a rectangular steel truss system made from high-strength steel, designed for stage structures requiring high load-bearing capacity and long spans. With an approximately 1,450 × 770 mm cross-section, a published span of up to 50 m, and a load-bearing capacity approximately 2.2 times higher than that of an equivalent-size aluminum truss, the S-RTW 145 is suitable for main grids, roof systems, PA wings, video wings, LED screens, and large-scale stage structures. A rotary stage combined with programmable stage lifts is a motion-based mechanical solution for theatrical and live-event stages, enabling simultaneous 360° rotation and independent vertical lifting across multiple areas of the same stage platform . The system can be configured with a modular rotary stage ranging from approximately Ø4–18 m , with a reference rotational speed of 1–6 rpm , combined with multiple stage-lift modules that can be customized in terms of dimensions, stroke, working load and speed. A customized stage lift platform is a lifting solution designed and developed to meet the specific requirements of individual stage, event, exhibition, or multipurpose auditorium spaces. Rail-Guided Recessed Stage Lift

The gear rack-driven recessed stage lift is a lifting solution designed for installation inside a technical pit beneath the stage floor. It allows the lift platform to move from a lowered position below floor level to a position flush with the stage floor when required for performances. The preliminary design uses a geared motor with synchronized drive on both sides through a gear-and-rack mechanism , providing an approximate 2,000 mm lifting stroke and a WLL of 250 kg under uniformly distributed load .
